Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Pasta

This creamy mushroom and spinach pasta is the ultimate comfort food — rich, flavorful, and surprisingly easy to make. It’s a vegetarian delight that doesn’t skimp on taste, thanks to the earthy mushrooms and a luscious garlic cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until browned.
  3. Add cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  5. Add pasta and Parmesan; toss until coated evenly.
