Ingredients
- 200g pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat butter and sauté garlic and mushrooms until browned.
- Add cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Add pasta and Parmesan; toss until coated evenly.
